Hamada Taisuke "Mt. Fuji in Spring"

Greetings

Boasting its height reaching 3,776 meters, Mount Fuji is a national symbol of Japan.
It is an independent peak, and the elegance of its symmetrical ridgeline is second to none.
Its dignified shape that soars to the sky is full of vigor, and has watched over people’s life, sometimes gently, sometimes harshly, enriching the lives of those at the foot.
The elegance of Fuji, which people have loved since time immemorial, along with the harmony it presents with the surrounding scenery that further accentuates its charm, can hold people spell bound.
This exhibition introduces the various faces of Mount Fuji, showing the seasons change from spring, summer, fall, and then to winter.
The snow that covers, the clouds that surround, and the flowers that nestle closely against Fuji…
Please enjoy the splendid works of painters who depicted the beauty of the mountain unique to each season.
